Painting with watercolour often can be a challenging and frustrating process, as it is difficult to control fast drying media. However, in this workshop you will paint using creative accidents and learn how to practice and plan them. You will use a limited colour palette, explore how to work with wooden tools, palette knife and various brushes to develop expressive mark making. Salt will be used too, it’s an expected effects can be so rewarding!

The templates of the birds’ silhouettes will be given as templates, so you can trace the outline to get you started.
